Today I’m going to explain to you how the Binary Today Trader works, what you can expect from it and why it’s different from anything you’ve seen before.
As many of you already know, I’ve been working on this software day and night for months. It’s kept me up late and at times it’s cut into the work here I do on this blog.

My goal is to keep an ‘In the Money’ ratio over 70% and I’ve been able to accomplish this with my strategy since 2012.

The Strategy
My personal strategy is to take advantage of a classic trading style, the reversal trade.
Without getting into too much detail since it is discussed in the video and on the main web page I will say that the strategy is based on pin pointing market shifts.
When the market is trending in one direction there is always a reversal, the strategy I use makes sure that I’m aware of when that reversal is happening so I can provide optimal trading signals in all sessions.

2 Questions;
On your updated trading results, since I live in Calif. PST, do I deduct 5 hours from the order time, to deduce the actual time of the trade here?
AND
Do you use any other indicators or programs along with BTT to accomplish these results or are they strictly from BTT alone?

Hi David, the trades are GMT +3. I will mostly use BTT alone but considering I always have my trade assistants up it’s hard not to check them quickly before I place a trade.

do you use something other than your ‘BinaryTradeTradeAssistant’ software, and if so, what?
even if the BTT indicates a ‘Put’, what happens if your Trade Assistant does not line up, do you still pull the trade John?!

Hi David, just the normal Trade Assistant. If the Trade Assistant is against the signal then I won’t trade it.
Thanks for the software. I’m thinking of acquiring it. Just one question. From the comments I understand that the expiration in each timeframe is one candle (m15 timeframe: 15 min expiration, and so on ? Is that so? And related to this, at what point buy signal appears, at the beginning of the candle or later, when the trend has been strengthened?

Hi Evaristo, yes that’s how it works. A signal will come whenever the conditions are met.
This looks amazing John but I have a question re expiry times.
The broker I use provides expiry times on the QTR hour (such as :15, :30, :45 and :00) for the major currency pairs so when I take a trade I could quite possibly be taking a 12 min or a 17min expiry for a 15min signal and a 28mins or 33mins expiry for a 30min signal (as an example).
Do you feel this could be detrimental to the overall results? Especially considering that even a few seconds too early or too late can make or break a trade if they are close.
My broker also has a quick option where I can take EXACTLY 5mins, 10mins, 30mins or 60mins expiry but of course this is based on the time the trade is executed.
Neither is perfect so I’d like your thoughts on this……
Hi Michael, this is not detrimental. When you get a signal, place the trade as close to the best expiry time as possible. In the examples you provide I would suggest going with the longer option when faced with those situations.
Sounds like you have a lot of options so you won’t run into any problems.

I’ve used the system for 4 days now successfully.
Day 1 was not very good but now when I look back on it that’s probably because it was a Friday, and I never trade Fridays.
Since my first day I have won 79% of my trades. I am using USDJPY, EURUSD and GBPUSD on M30 and H1. I may try USDCHF and other timeframes but this is what I feel is the best strategy for this tool.

Hey John, just wanted to point out a mistake on your Binary Today Trader homepage – Under historical analysis, EURGBP is listed as one of the 4 traded pairs instead of GBPUSD. I’m sure your readers all knew what you meant, but you might want to get that changed to avoid any confusion at all!

Quick question what is your risk ratio or percentage factor that you use per trade with total amount invested? Example if I would invest a total of $1,000 to get started. Would I place 10%, 15%, 20% ect… of total invested per trade? What are your thoughts or opinions? I don’t want to lose a $1,000 but i am okay with it if I do ;)
Hi Dewayne, I recommend a lower risk approach then the one that you suggest. I believe traders should start with a demo account before considering moving to a live account. That being said, I prefer to risk 2-5% per trade.

Can I use this software on ThinkForex if I’m running other software on it already? Will it inhibit the other software, signals, etc.?
Hi Ramz, yes you can, it won’t cause any issues.

I have been trading the binary today trader now since it came out on Thursday evening. With a couple years of trading under my belt and a successful streak over the past year I’m happy to lend my approval of the binary today trader.
The reversal strategy this system uses is simple and impactful.
Over the past four days I have tested all pairs and timeframes with no filters and these are my findings.
USDCHF: 74% ITM
GBPUSD: 72% ITM
USDJPY: 81% ITM
EURUSD: 80% ITM
I have had the most success with the 30 minute expiry time trades. This seems to be the most effective thus far but I need more testing before I declare a true winner.

Hi Angel, yes, that’s correct.
Then Should we open the three frames for each pair Mr John? or only one time frame is enough and which one is more accurate you advise?
Hi Sameh, this depends on what you want. If you want just 1 hour trades then you would only open it on H1. If you want other expiry times, then open other charts.

How many signals x day the system will usually be to send out?
You are saying the 15m expiry is the one you are preferring but the other expiries are all good in order to reach the 70% and more winning rate you are claiming?

Hi Flavio, MT4 is required. The system sends out a lot of signals because it works on multiple time frames. You could easily get over 40 signals in one day. I like all the expiry times except for the M5. I just don’t like trades that short.

I was just going over past comments when I saw yours. I came across an indicator that automatically draws major levels based on daily wigs. These major levels act as good support and resistance levels. Let me know if you are interested and it would also be good to see how they work with BTT.
